  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp + ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 6 oz bacon
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 lbs red or yellow potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp seasoning salt
  • 24 oz mixed vegetables
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce OR 1 tsp tamari

Cooking Instructions

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 F.
  2. WASH AND DICE POTATOES, THEN ADD 1 TBSP OLIVE OIL AND 2 TSP OF YOUR FAVORITE SEASONING SALT.
  3. LAY POTATOES OUT ON A BAKING SHEET LINED WITH PARCHMENT PAPER, THEN BAKE FOR 30-35 MIN, STIRRING HALFWAY THROUGH. ENSURE POTATOES ARE TENDER WHEN PIERCED WITH A FORK.
  4. TRIM AND FILET 2 LBS OF CHICKEN BREAST, THEN SEASON WITH SALT, PEPPER, AND PAPRIKA.
  5. HEAT A PAN OVER MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT. SPRAY WITH NONSTICK COOKING SPRAY, THEN ADD CHICKEN BREASTS.
  6. COOK CHICKEN FOR 5 - 7 MIN ON EACH SIDE OR UNTIL THE CHICKEN IS COOKED THROUGH.
  7. IN A PAN ON THE STOVE, COOK BACON UNTIL CRISPY.
  8. REMOVE BACON, THEN ADD WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE, ONION POWDER, GARLIC POWDER, ¼ TSP OF PEPPER, AND SEASONING SALT TO THE PAN AND STIR TO COMBINE.
  9. WHISK TOGETHER MILK AND CORNSTARCH, THEN ADD TO THE PAN. BE SURE TO WHISK CONTINUOUSLY SO THE CORNSTARCH DOES NOT CLUMP. COOK UNTIL THE SAUCE THICKENS & THE COMES TOGETHER.
  10. CHOP BACON INTO SMALL PIECES, THEN ADD BACK INTO THE SAUCE.
  11. STEAM MIXED VEGGIES ACCORDING TO PACKAGE INSTRUCTIONS OR HEAT ½ INCH OF WATER ON THE STOVE OVER MEDIUM HIGH
    HEAT, THEN ADD THE VEGGIES AND COOK COVERED FOR 10-12 MIN.
