Cooking Instructions

  • Dice 3 oz of bacon
  • Wash 24 oz green beans and remove any stems.
  • Add the bacon to a cold skillet (use one that has a lid and is large enough to hold the green beans as well).
  • Heat the skillet over medium high heat and cook the bacon until it begins to crisp.
  • Add the green beans to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the lid on the skillet and reduce the heat to medium. Cook for anywhere from 5-12 min, depending on how tender you like your green beans, stirring halfway through.
